Returns

Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Please contact us before returning any items. If a return is sent without the written consent of Seattle Cycles a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

‍

If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Service, they will be returned to the customer. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

Ebike orders:

  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery.
  • Customers must receive prior authorization from Seattle Cycles before returning any items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused and in the same     packaging and condition that we shipped it.
  • Must be in the same packaging (including all protective cardboard and foam) and condition that you received it.
  • Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, etc.)
  • Returned bikes are subject to a 25% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund).
  • Customer pays return shipping

Accessories and replacement part orders:

  • Used items are non-returnable, except for cases of defect or malfunction covered by our warranty.
  • Customers must receive prior authorization from Seattle Cycles before returning any items.

  • All wearable merchandise such as clothing, shoes, gloves, helmets, etc.
  • Batteries
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Gifted orders
